Well, as for the #### This message posted to Private Board #### that is because he must have been demodded after he made those posts, which must not have been long ago.

Also, mod icons aren't deleted from the system automatically when the user is demodded. Heck, they aren't deleted at all from what Tal has said. And namlas must have been using that icon when he was demodded, so now he doesn't have access to the admin icons, but he can still use his with his name until he decides to switch that (unless he gets re-modded). Other moderators / VIP's do the same thing -- before they are demodded, if they want to keep their personal icon, they will change to it before they are actually demodded, and they can keep using it until they decide to change it, when they can never use it again unless they are remodded.

And look at all the private posts he made after he locked my post. Probably telling the mods not to answer ym unban requests

I find it pretty messed up that you got banned for the 5K post, but I dunno. He could have had a reason for it, but I didn't investigate anything, I'm just going to stay away from that.

Also, mods aren't demodded automatically either. Maybe he posted on the mod board requesting to be demodded, and Tal or whoever demodded him after he made a few more posts? Either way, I don't really want to get into it much more. He really isn't me favorite mod, I'll say that much.
