i know what your talking abhout. i can do that on will for some strange reason. everytime you move it in a direction it makes a poping sound right? i have the same thing. it doesnt bother me much plus i dont have what Zepher was talking about so there shouldnt be anything for you to worry about.l...

Mine does that too, but it hadly ever hurts...and I think carpal tunnel is when your hand suddenly goes numb. My friend's mom has that, she'll be sewing and then her hand just goe limp and she can't really move it.
