MS Paint < PSE
Adobe Photshop Elements owns MS paint by a longshot...
Paint is what I used to do the comics in. Well no more!
I just wish I knew how to get a good word bubble out of it....I found the tool but I want one with a black outline and white inside....not a solid one.

What the hell is Photoshop Elements?
All I know is Photoshop 7.0 probably blows it away. :ninja:

I doubt something that came free on a new comp can match Photoshop, as elitist as that sounds...

for my purposes, it matches photoshop, but all I really do is move some images around, occasionally add filters, and put text in.
So really, MS Paint would do, but this is just so much better.
