I was thinking about buying an MP3 player, but I don't wanna spend much money. I was wondering how many songs 64 & 128 MB mp3 players hold

You'll be lucky to get about 15 songs on the 64 MB one. Not too sure about the 128 one.

well, i've got a 700 mb cd and its all filled up with 20 songs.

ya but cds can be filled with much higher quality audio files especially if it is a direct copy. mp3s are much smaller files about one meg per minute. most two minute songs will be a little over 2 megs. SO divide 64 by like 2.5 and u get like 25. Thats assuming all songs are 2 minutes. They are usually 2 and a half to three. So the 128 is probably more like 40 songs.

Um..you are filling up your CD with uncompressed audio...not true MP3's...a mp3 cd player can hold ALOT of songs.
