I just logged into my friend's account and went into the Change Avatar option. Whaddya know? He can have any icon he friggin wants!

Well, yeah, I've already stated that like two days ago though. I'm talking about it lets me upload an icon as well.

Weird Mods cant even do that anymore yet a normal account can WTF they need to fix it

Well yeah mine does it too...Here is an example and I will change my icon once Benson,Kmac,or Mrbiggg sees the problem
