if you opt to do a irc chat, I suggest having a java enabled webpage in the chat with it, so people don't always have to go on IRC. That is if you are making a chat :-) If ya need good software for it lemme know.

well you need an IRC channel to host ya. webmasters.org (i think it is it the site) will give you a private channel on theirs.

Or you can get it from other sites. My co-admin has another java chat though you could use.
