Micrsoft trying to buy nintendo. Thats just not right. Is that they are real greedy for power? Or are they looking for the technical support and a good library of games to chose from? How long ago was this?

I'm not sure if what I heard was comepletly valid. I think it was about a year before the Xbox and Gamecube came out. Bill Gates met with with Miyamuto(spelling?) somewhere in Washington, and discussed it, but eventually declined the offer. I'll still try to find the link.

It's true. A few months before the realease of the X-Box, Microsoft offered Nintendo $26 billion to step down from the hardware industry and work with Microsoft. Thats almost a third of what Bill Gates owns. Microsoft was intimidated by Nintendo and then tried to but them out in fear. Nintendo declined the offer like ribeye mentioned. Also Microsoft also wanted rights over Conker as well. Thats all they wanted. PD, and Conker. To Hell with everything else is thier thing.

By the way, Rare has changed the style of PD. It is now anime. It's true. Jo now has red hair down till her upper back. In a way it works, but it's not realistic like the 64 version was. I'll post the picture later.

Hahaha... I'm now glad. They should change the name to Perfect Light, since obviously this anime style can't be very dark and mysterious like the original.
