My god people. You don't actually believe this crap, do you? This is all a really big rumor that's going around. MEGATON has not been announced yet. But, I feel that it does involve Capcom. Besides, a Super Smash Bros. game is supposed to have Nintendo characters, not any other developer's characters.

Someone started a rumor that Nintendo gained rights to the Playstation, and that a bunch of developers are forming The Artists Group, and there will be a new Super Smash Bros. game with characters from other developers. Don't believe a word of it, though. It's all fake.
