Well...i don't think Sega in whole will go to the GameCube. Maybe Sonic Team. As for Capcom, I seriously think that they will be 2nd party exclusive to Nintendo...now, where's that announcement?

Shame about that rumour being fake........well, id prefer a sega/capcom/nintendo joint console too.

Something between Capcom and Nintendo is likely to happen. I don't know if Sega will be involved, now that the Sega Sports series has been cancelled for the GameCube. Maybe though, not Sega in whole will go to the GameCube. If the buyout rumors are true about Sega, maybe it will just be Sonic Team. Buying 2 giant companies like Capcom and Sega just isn't happening for Nintendo. I think it's one or the other.

Capcom merging would be nice, but they cant make consoles. And a lot of people would be pissed about devil May cry 2.....

Well, what they could do, is finish any development for other consoles, then become Nintendo exclusive. They are probably almost done with development of DMC 2 for the Playstation 2. I'm sure that they wouldn't scrap it when there is a merger. They would probably go ahead and release whatever games they plan on releasing, and then continue doing GameCube development exclusively. See where I'm getting at that?
