This is something I've seen at many other forums...

"For those who havent heard, V-Jump Magazine in Japan said a few months ago that there will be an announcement concerning nintendo of "Megaton" proportions which will cause a surge in GC sales. Its supposed to happen in December. Some of the potentials that ive heard are

MGS 1 Remake (I doubt this one would be that big)

GC Online Announcements

Exclusivity of a certain Japanese Company to GC (ex's: Sega, Capcom, Namco, Konami)

Or maybe even the buying out of one of these companies

My personal favorite, the announcement of a new Mother game! (Earthbound for those who havent heard of it)

And (for all teh kiddies), the announcement of Pokemon MMORPG

One idea that was floating around for a while was Dragon Quest 8 being a GC exclusive. Sadly, this theory was shot down a few days ago (just announced as a ps2 game)

Well, anyone have an opinion on what they think the "Megaton" announcement may be?"

i honestly wouldnt mind if sony and nintendo became friends again and started publishing for each others systems...but i know this is insanity. but the coolest thing would be if the mario bros and sonic were in a game together. this would kick ass.

Mario and Sonic are SEGA and Nintendo not Sony and Nintendo.

yo bitches, there are two different statements in that entry, as shown by the separation with the "...", a common usage of mine instead of stopping and starting a new sentence. so lay off, or i will sick pete the dog on you.
