I like Emerge, and Ekko in a short second. But couldn't you customize your own maybe and save money?

I don't think there are too many mods, but there are too many admin. Like someone said earlier, you should make the mods have uploading ability, and deadmin the people who are admins for only icon uploading.

Benson, bigggshot is good for the icon job, I dont need to be an admin. You can change my group if you want.

GTA3_Mafia should be back down to a mod though (no offense). His reason for being admin was because he said Kmac made him admin so he can upload his own icon, since it probably annoyed Kmac.
