I think the lottery sounds really cool. I wasn't around for it before, but it sounds really cool and I think it would be a great thing to get over here.

I think the amount of mods and whatever is good, but maybe you could put some admins to mod position and some mods at permanent VIP or something, until further notice.

I also think a new layout would be really sweet and a cool change of pace. I don't know anything about layouts though, so someone with mad skillz would have to do that ;)
