alright so if i started lifting what kind of routine should i have...i have one of them weight machine thinies in my house so i have the stuff just what to do?
I do alot of push ups and situps, usually everyday. I've also lifted weights quite a bit too, but the heaviest weights we have in this house is 20 pounds...
