Default Just got back from a shoot...

I was in Columbus last night filming the inde movie "Turkey Day." Booya! It was so much fun. It was my first movie, and I played a cashier named Cathy. I had 4 lines. funfun.
Yay! Something happy for my resume in the area of actual film and not theatre. Happy me. I was at a grocery store and I had to learn how to fakely use a cash register. LOL.

Ummm, well it doesn't completely work that way. They had to take a bunch of stuff of my just passing food through the register, from different angles. Then we did the actual scene from a bunch of angles, at least two times each so that the better one can be selected in editing. I was there for about 5 hours, although I was in makeup for almost an hour and there were a lot of other scenes (without me) being shot.

No, nobody did... it's a really low budget movie. It's a short film (about 25 minutes) and it's being marketed to TV and film festivals. And profits (if any) are going to homelesss shelters, 'cause the movie is about giving and the homeless and stuff like that.
