I Need HTML help badly - Video Games Forum

im making a web page because i have to for a school project.

so basically my layout is i have a banner on top right and along the left corner i have 4 links that link you to other parts of my site.

now i wanna write something in the center of the page but when i do it it moves my 4 links down how do i do it so it doesnt.

heres a pic for example:

Get rid of all the minus one under the history banner

it has something to do with the <tr> and <td> tags for it to be in the middle. still exprimenting..
