convincing my parents to either get my Metroid Prime for christmas or convince them to let me buy it myself. they say it's too violent. can anybody show me a review that says otherwise? or a website.

I dont know of any sites but there really isn't anything thats filled with blood and gore in that game(except alien splatter) and theres not that much violence since you dont fight a lot.

If your SN is Diablo ( if its referring to the game ) then why wouldnt your parents let you buy it if you own diablo which is a lot more violent...Metroid Prime doesnt even have and like real blood or anything....thats like saying they wont let you play Super Mario Bros. because you jump on mushroom creatures....you have pretty gay parents come to think of it...no offense...

Metroid Prime violent? Not really. I've played it, and well, it's not really that violent. It just has good graphics in it, and well, you do get blood on the visor from shooting enemies sometimes, but it's nothing major. It is only rated T, so I would think you should be able to buy it or get it for Christmas, unless you have any younger siblings who might see it, and that may be the reason why, but I dunno. It's a good game though. :cool:

Im just allowed RE, but no GTA3. Just convince them by saying its a great new nintendo game by the makers of mario and Link, maybe they'd fall for that?
