It's impossible to change a static IP.

Unless you call your DSL company and tell them you want it changed.

Why DO you want it changed btw?

download an anonymizewr or something, that's what I used to circa IGN bans (I get banned alot

)... the one decent one I found has a 30 day trail though so enjoy while you can

u can protect your self from viruses and such. i have a programmed called avg. its a anti virus deal. go to avg.com and dowload the free trial edition wich btw is like 7-8 months free or more.
