I can't connect to mIRC. Please help, its keeps saying can't assign requested address.

Let's see here... Try this:

Go into mIRC options, and choose the first item on the left menu, Connect. It should probably already be displayed. Anyways, go to the right where it says "Edit". Click on that. Then, where it says IRC Server, type in: sauron.ca.us.webchat.org Of course, there are different servers you can use, but that's the one I'm on. Hit OK. Then, go to "Connect to IRC Server", and it should connect. I just tried it, and it worked perfectly.

If that doesn't help, then I don't know what the problem could be.

PS: If it works, don't bother with the goop. Just keep it. ;)

It doesn't even ****ing work, I've tried turnin off my firewall too.
