I have about 80, I've been playing Timesplitters 2 though.

All 120. Nothing special happens, except you get a sun symbol on your save file, and if you beat the game there is a special screen at the end with all the characters in the game saying "Have a nice vacation" or something like that. I think that replaces the screen where Il Piantissimo is looking at the paintbrush.

I don't have the game I already have it on my Christmas list though
