when do u actually fall asleep

i got to bed 1030-11 and dont fall asleep till bout 12

about 3 hours on school days....lol.....but i make that up with my 19 hour sleep periods on the weekends.

i get in bed usually (on school nights) at around 9:30, 10. i dont get to sleep until about 12. im not a heavy sleeper, and i wake up most every night inbetween nightmares...so thats about four hours...its about four and a half hours of sleep. i wake up at about 5:30-6.
