I've found that there are 2 things to settle your anger that work much better then anything else I've tried.
1. Sing. Yep, simple as that. A few songs I would recommend..
Mudvayne - Dig
Slipknot - (sic)
Fear Factory - Scapegoat
2. Vent it out to someone. Really, I just come on here, select someone I know fairly well, and let out my anger on them. Hopefully they aren't a bitch and won't make you feel worse.
