Make sure Virtual Memory is enabled on your system.



and

Clean out old temp (.TMP) files from the C:WINDOWSTEMP or C:WINxTEMP directory on your hard drive (from Windows Explorer).

shouldn't you be able to select all the files in those folders and hit DELETE?

you need to install Norton Systemworks it gets rid of all those crap files you dont need.
