There are ways to get Goop other than posts. For example, he is asking for goop and trading Neopoints for them. I got my goop mainly from donation- I was donating some Neopoints and got some goop in return last night...

You can get goop for being a good user- i'll put it that way.

Sparky gave me 5k goop. So that actually boasted my points up. Others gave me a lot too, especially heffer.
