Here's some comments from an artist (myself)
his left ear (his point of view) looks like it's just hovering there, or partly connected to his jacket thing. Also, his left ear looks like it's just sticking forwards, and by laws of perspective, that looks weird. Try pushing your ears forwards and look in the mirror. Looks f'ed up right? That's how it looks in the pic.
Also, his neck looks goofed up where it meets up with the shoulders. It like encaves in, then goes up. It shouldn't really go like that...
His head looks somewhat too big compared to his body size. Make the neck a bit wider and extend his shoulders out more. I think you made his shoulders end too quickly anyway.
And since his hair seems to be in some kind of wind, his cloak collar thing should be moving in the same direction. You got his right side pretty good, but his left side could be moved over to the our left just a tad.
Ink it, and color it (CG it if you can). and that would look damn sexy ^^


and not to sound cocky, but I could wipe the floor with that picture with most of my drawings ;)

You still use pictures for reference? Come on, start doing a few things from your head ;)
But, before you try making some kind of serious sketch, try studying the human anatomy a little. It'll seriously help out with proportions and such. And don't say you don't really need to in order to draw an anime character...you do.
Yeah, CGing seems hard as hell for me too, but I'll learn how to do it (that way, I can just hand draw the GG comics and CG them...screw spriting them ;) )
You'd use your own picture as toilet paper? Well, don't whine to me when you get lead poisoning in your anal region -_-
