how come when i delete all the messages in my PM folder, then go to a thread, then come back to the homepage i get a popup that says i have a new PM (which i really dont) and all my messages are back in the folder? :confused:

Try deleting them in 'Message Tracking'

Also make sure you arent still message tracking
