Yeah they will but by then graphics wont matter since by then we will have developed graphics that look as real as real is....so people will actually buy their consoles for the games not hardware.

Once graphics become as realistic as real life, companies will go on originality, bringing new worlds to you. I think instead of using the hardware to strive on realism, they'll decide to take you to different planets with different gravity and stuff

I remember doing this thread once, they will become bigger than movies I think, and will have some form of 4d graphics in them.

Yes the gaming industry will be here in 10 years. But by then theyll focus more on the originality of their games not on how real they can make it look.

yeah. they will be a huge marketing industry, and will be more based on virtual reality. also microsoft will have stopped making consoles cuz they suck, and sony and nintendo will have combined their resources to make the Ninsony Playcube(or the Sontendo Gamestation) and will be rich because ppl actually don't have to choose which console anymore.
