Are the videos actually real? Ive seen a bunch of this crap on kazaa and most of it looks extrememly fake, especially in slow motion.

I think the Faces of Death stuff is fake reenactments but there is a different name of videos of the same stuff almost that are real.

Heh...some is fake but <b>most</b> is real.Quite disturbing,I dont find that entertainment.

the one where the guy gets his head blown up by th little kid who jumped on the raft he was blowing up is real fake, but shocking nonethe less.
