I am a firm believer of evolution. I consider myself a person of science, and creationism has no basis in science, just blind faith. I only believe in what I see, hear, feel, etc. There is just so much pointing towards evolution and the fact that more and more scientists feel it is more fact than theory solidifies my belief. Don't get me wrong, I believe in God, but everything has an explanation; It's just a matter of finding it and accepting it.

Probably some of you think that I shouldn't believe in God if I believe in evolution, but I don't think of God as some omnipitent being with unlimited power and he created us. Rather, I feel he's just a figure that watches over us and occasionally stops what is wrong from happening.

My reasoning wants to agree with the theory of evolution but you just never know.

I do not believe in macro-evolution.
Micro-evolution is a proven fact but there is no evidence supporting macro-evolution.
Any evidence that you read about in Science text books has either been already disproven or is proof of micro-evolution (but the distinction between micro- and macro- is never clearly stated in the text).

I think evolution has gaps in it just as religon. I really don't believe in anything.

Evolution has occure dover the last few centuries; mankind (humans) evolving from the ape is a prime example.

Yeah, except there's no concrete proof that such an example of macro-evolution ever occurred.

Yes, there is.......

Apes and humans have basically the same body-like proportions: arms, hind legs, and a brain to do basic actions. The only reason it is very, very difficult to comprehend this notion now is primarily due to human beings evolving in their own manner over hundreds of years; when the caveman era began, humans were a simple upgrade up from primates (having hair all over themseles; short people; disgruntled sounds; simply brain composition). As we have evolved, our life expectancy and overall height has increased dramatically.

So yes, there is evident and precise proof that humans are descendants of primates; maybe not written proof, but the evolution from primates to the first humans should be enough proof to you.

yes. I prefer science as it has proof whereas creation is just, "God created us".

No, IMO God did create us, but humans are evolved forms of things that God originally created.
