I actually think the Icon is pretty cool... I don't quite know why its an elephant, but cool none-the-less

well, use the microsoft gif animator, and make the background transparent...would have been much easier

the last one that i did i used the transparent eraser filler thing in photoshop, but it took away some of the writing too.
