All but like 2 states do it, and thats because they are split by timezones. I live in one, IN, and we dont change our clocks, and I dont think Arizona does either. Those are the only 2 I know of.

Yeah, Indiana and Arizona are the only states that don't change the clocks.
My radio clock is 1 hour and 10 minutes off...because I don't know how to set it
