I don't need to diet, and if I did need to lose weight, I would just do extra exercise.

I was on a diet. (I was a really big mofo) Now I'm normal weight.... just gotta tighten up some areas though.

Dieting is overrated and doesn't really work that well unless you do more than eat healty. I eat more than ever before, but I have started running 6 days a week most weeks. I also still eat all the junkfood I ate before, but I still have taken off 30 lbs, and thats no small task. Whatever you do though, never pay someone to give you a diet plan unless your doctor tells you to. They are all basically the same and most leave you really hungry, which isn't good for your health. Exercising will do more than eating small portioned meals and going hungry will ever do. But that is just my opinion, so take it or leave it, but its here if you want it.

Atkins diet is pretty cool. I got to eat a lot of the food I'd usually eat (Steak, chicken, vegetables, Jello) I lost about 100 pounds off of the diet.

The Atkin's diet is the one that you avoid carbs on, right? You aren't supposed to eat a lot of bread and stuff like that. If it is, my sister's bf was on that and he lost a lot of weight, although he wasnt that heavy to start with. There was a noticeable difference in a few weeks that his face had thinned out a lot. I personally wouldn't think not getting bread and some other things wouldn't be good for you, but it may be good to loose weight, then keep the weight off with some other system of eating right. I'm not a doctor though, and it must be pretty safe since it is still being used.

Actually, it's the opposite. It's a low carb diet. It worked for me sense I liked meat and loved vegetables more. You have to cut out on a lot of food that has lots of carbs, like potatoes, pizza, and beer.

But I did like the steak I could eat.
