It's not always about file size. Sometimes it's just stupid to have 2 sig pics. I didn't even come up with this rule, the sig makers did. So please don't argue with me about it.

First I had to mention that some people with double sig pics had sigs that were gigantic. Then people started telling me that "double sig pics are gay" and "they're retarded" so I made a sticky about it. This was a long time ago, and everyone followed basically. Some people didn't, so I have to bug them about it.
