It's kind of obvious really.

Here's a clue, it's something to do with the Edit Profile page

thats the problem on normal accounts they cant use the admin feilds I checked with my normal account.

Perhaps try disabling HTML in Signatures and see what happens then, that's probably the only thing I can think of... I'll keep searching though.
