Well, I thought this would be a good idea where we could discuss certain issues. Wheter they're current events issues or just plain discussion issues. Anyways..this week..Capital Punishment. Are you for or against it? I think it is alright. I mean the person who is getting put to death probly killed another one..so i think the end justifies the means. What about you guys?

Wouldn't that suck though if an innocent person got convicted? Then I'm sure someone would be feeling mighty guilty...

I'm not completely against it but I'm not 100% for it. You just can never be sure, which is a fault, not necessarily of the system but just because there will always be a chance.

Chances are, if someone has done something that results in death, he probably won't be feeling guilty when he gets away with it.

I meant the people who have to give the person the injection or the court of law being at fault and all...

i think the goverment shouldnt be so strict with what they do they let guilty people go and innocent people die how fked is that okay rapiest on the street priest in jail hell jail anymore is safer than the street

I am definitely for Capital Punishment, but I only think it should apply to murderers (I'm not too sure what they use it for besides murder cases, if any). If someone kills somebody, than that person should get killed. It's as simple as that.

I remember getting a link to a webpage from a message board that had a big list of people convicted and their last words and their last meals. It was some kind of government jail roster thing, or something of the sort. Jay might know what I'm talking about if he remembers the page but maybe not.

I think that capitol punishment is right. It is true that some people are, inasant but, the amount of criminals out ways the number of inasant people.

I remember someone saying something to the likes of that during a class discussion one day...
