That's hard to understand though. GTA allows it, and you'll get kicked off for doing anything illegal. You both are on the same server. So either both of you should allow it or neither of you should.

no becuase kazaa doesnt distribute it, people that upload it do. And they dont get in trouble for it, the minors that download it do becuase your not 18. I'll be 18 in a little over a year though .
