Now, this thread is posted under GD because if I posted it anywhere else, it'd take longer for all of you to read it. I'll unsticky it once we clear up some problems. Here is what everyone thinks:

The maximum avatar is 80x80 pixels, so I can have less.

Here is the true fact of it:

The ONLY avatar size is 80x80 pixels, so I should put it on an 80x80 template before I go off and make it my personal avatar. Please revise this. Everyone, check your avatar is you did not get it off of GG's avatars list, or aren't sure. On Windows, here's what you do:

• Right click the picture of your avatar
• Go to PROPERTIES
• Look at the DIMENSIONS, right below SIZE.

Update it, because notices are being sent out, and come tonight/tomorrow, if they are not revised they will be deleted.

I'm sorry if many of you are disappointed, but rules are rules.

Put it on a template...it goes for all members. I changed mine to suit the rules, as well.

I think some people are confused. Let me try to explain this.

The actual picture doesn't have to be exactly 80x80! If it is smaller, paste it onto a blank 80x80 transparency, and then center it.

there's a slight problem. both Sam and I have avatars that are like something x 80. like mine is i think 56 x 80. the thing is, i tried making the canvas 80 x 80, but it produces a white strip on both sides of the avatar that i don't know how to get rid of. is it okay how it is, is there a way to make the strips transparent, or do i have to deal with 2 white stripes on my avatar? same with Sam.

BG wouldn't let me upload a larger image than 80x80 so I'm all good. Everyone said that only mods were allowed to upload so I somehow got lucky... crazy loopholes, I'm sure...
