Yeah, I reached 6000.
I registered back on October 28, 2002. 3 days before I turned 14. I was told of this place by Ultrasabre. In retrospect, that was probably the best thing anyone's ever told me.
I thought this place was okay, nice people, no nazi mods. I began to think of this place as an awesome small group of people, the kind of place where everyone knew everyone else. Back then there were about 15 active posters.
Then I heard about this "merge". Why change this place? 1 of the reasons that I went to this place was that there weren't loads of people, like most of the places I had gone to. I liked the fact that this place was like a group of friends who just tell each other anything and everything. Then I thought heck, a few hundred or whatever isn't gonna matter, we'd only have a total of 400 members.
The merge was awesome at first. The shoutbox was my home, as was the Sig/Images board. I thought this place couldn't get any better. We were pulling in more members, but it still seemed like that tightly-knit group of friends.
Then the tight knit started to loosen. We gained more and more members, which while some thought this was awesome, I thought it was bad. I left forums because of too many members, and I didn't want this place to join that list.
Now we have what, over 1000 members right? Sure this place has nowhere near some places, but it doesn't have that tight-knit feel anymore.

Okay, I'm feeling generous. Here's a bit of a contest. Make me laugh. Doesn't have to be a pic, but it could. Just anything to make me laugh. After some time I'll stop it, and whoever wins gets 30,000 goop. 2nd gets 25,000 and 3rd gets whatever I still have, which currently would be around 18,000.
