click Post Reply at the bottom instead of using the Quick Reply box, then type ur reply in, and right above where it says Submit there's a button that says "Browse" click it and then find the file on ur comp to attach.

don't use a bmp, save it as a gif or jpg.

Copy the image and paste into paint. Then you can save it as that type.
