If given a chance to be Governor of your state for one day. What would be your modus operandi, what changes you would like to bring about?

If i become the state governer or the ruler of my state for a day, i wish to collect all the pending corporate by the big companies. Else i will threat them to cancel their license. I cannot do other than this in a single day. By this way, i will be happy that i have collected atleast a certain amount of pending sales commission tax.
