Hi,
don't know how many of you remember me, but I too was a regular member of the P&R section on SR (with only a 120-150 posts in P&R since mid 2003)
Glad to be back!!!

Hi everyone!
Didn't read my hotmail (I use another address daily) until today, and therefore didn't see the invitation earlier. Seems many of the regulars are here, although the posting frequency isn't the same it was back in SR. But in time perhaps...
I'll try to visit this place regularly and bring my little contribution to the pile.
Ps.Thanks for the invitation Startup

We are still missing a lot of regulars from SR. In a last ditch effort to find people, I have started to e-mail people using their nicks at hotmail and yahoo accounts. I have started with Lictor and Xiores.
If any of you have a moment, please list other regulars that we are missing and if there are any other major e-mail providers that I should send mail to, please let me know.
Thanks.

Hello everybody, MR2 here.
I'm an early refugee of the desporia once known as SomeotheR site. I found a good home at ShareConnector where I get to help out in the Books and other niche Forums.
I came here for the "Politics & Religion". I do not intend to actively particpate - too hard on the ole blood pressure and monitors. I do intend to watch and see for other points of view. Those that are presented in a non-hateful, only slightly partisan, reasoned approch will get my interest. I'm hoping to continue to get an International point of view.
Heres to good times. Thank you for the welcome StartUp

So this is where everyone went.
I was on holiday and came back to find SR gone. I was missing our little forum at SR, and have since been spending time with various weblogs, though its not the same. Im glad most of the serious posters from SR have shown up. (esp. fatboyshare, startup barca, and hope lictor shows up one day soon.)
Well things have gotten interesting lately, with the bombings in Spain and the insurrection in Iraq. SHould give us plenty to talk about/argue about... Again, glad to see everyone who is here, and thanks to our new hosts.
