Thumbs up Should the people who sold the photos to the media be sued

As a matter of fact, judging the tense situation and the number of GIs in Iraq, the number of these facts is statistically good.
What was weird about it was the way came out to the media just before any martial court had time to be set. Media had information before Pentagone from the soldiers who were supposed to work to get evidence.
This is so weird that I suppose there is some kind of anti-Bush conspiracy among the very close of the president.
Rumsfeld could simply say what I did, but he didn't. What's that suppose to mean ? I supposed this apologies were meant for the Middle East media.
Now if we have to talk about armies of occupation, we could talk about the Soviet army in Eastern Europe and million dead resisting robberies and rapes.
And as far as I remember, there were also everyday problems (rapes, fights and the like) with US army in Germany and no apologies.

Sued?
Executed?
Yeah, and hang them by their balls while you torture them.
If I was you, with all that knowledge and hindsight of international affairs, I would apply for a job as counsellor to the Republican party. And who even mentioned armies of occupation? Soviets? Mate, seriously, be quick, apply for a job, any "I love to suck republican ****" post available and leave this forum a.s.a.p!

[SARCASM]

I just have one tiny little question:
What´s the point of voting on such a poll, when all the answers mean the exact same?
And i think you forgot some options, like sueing Nikon and Canon for making the cameras that took those photos! Or sueing the iraqi power company, for allowing their electricity to be used in the lighting of such deeds!! While we´re at it, maybe we should sue the family of the inventor of the photographic camera, who ever he is...
I know, let´s all sue the construction company, for building Abu Ghraib in the first place! Maybe it´s the jail´s fault, maybe it´s such a scary place that it scared the living shit out of the US troopers into doing weird phantasmagorical stuff... Uuhh uuhh,so scary!!

If you start convicting soldiers for doing the right right thing, what´s next? If you witnessed your next door neighbour getting slaughtered by some sadistic pig, and you took photos of it, should you go to jail for presenting those photos to the police, thus doing the right thing?
Or maybe we should all shut our pieholes, and allow stuff like this to go on, uh?
I just had a mental image of three monkeys, covering their hears, eyes and mouth...
Yeah, those poor soldiers, they are the victims here! Those "nasty and dangerous" detainees forced the soldiers to take pictures of them naked! Those nasty evil iraqi men forced those poor little soldiers to tie wires to them, and those poor helpless defenseless soldiers couldn´t do anything about it. It´s so sad! I feel like i´m gonna cry... Buuuuuhhh uuuuhh

Maybe we should sue the detainees instead, for allowing themselfs being photographed. They should have just walked out, right?
Oh, i forgot... They can´t!

Didn't the soldiers claim they were being ordered to do these acts of torture? At least, I heard about court-martials and that they were told to interrogate them like that.

Worked at Nuremburg, right?

Right?
