You're terrible at math. There are about 300,000,000 US citizens. 600,000,000,000 / 300,000,000, if you cancel out the 0's first, = 6,000 / 3 = $2000 per citizen. $2k, not $30k.

I'm not saying that there isn't a problem, I'm just saying that if you post information, try to make sure that the percent error of your information is less than 1400%.

Based on the current population estimate it would come down to $1,048 per head. Not even 2k.

Of course, not all of the population pay taxes. There are approximately 24 million illegal aliens currently in the States, and it's fair to assume they do not pay taxes. This increases the deficit per head to about $1,142. Still not anywhere near 30k.

Don't get me wrong. I doubt there's anyone alive today that I despise as much as George W. Bush, but statistics are just that...statistics. Anyone can come up with them, and they need not even be true, some jackass will still believe them - as has once again been proven today.
