Default The president about saudi arabia

After the fire bomb, the president did have a strange quote indeed.
He somehow said that saudi arabia was a free country.
Democracies being organised like a gang, what matters the most is mutual recognition of the status rather than absolute criteria.
Does this mean saudi arabia is considered a free country?

@TFBM

It means Bush considers Saudi Arabia a free country. Presumably Iraq will be a free country too once he's done with it.

But only if saudi arabia (or Iraq) also says that the US is a free country. What is a free country anyway?
