Because necrophillia is like rape..because its "against the will". Unless you want them to practice necrophilia on you Diablo. then they shouldnt call it necrophilia if they dont care. Like the ole' sayin "Its not rape if they like it"

No, it's completely different, because you don't have the ability to give consent, it's physically impossible, because you're not alive anymore. As for someone having sex with me after I'm dead, I truly do not care.

Again, in democracy, necrophilia is not a crime against the integrity of a person (the dead one) but that's a crime against private property.
People use a private property that is their own to satisfy their lust. That's as easy as that. In democracy, that's no needs of entering a philosophical discussion about the soul or things like that.
Owner's right to property is hurt then just deal with that offense the democratic way.

You know the real problem is not about making some new law about stupid things. The problem is that there is something wrong that has occured so that such laws are needed. I mean, in the case of becrophilia, the fact that death has no meaning from some atheists who read the laws with their materialist point of view. So the dead are only some kind of messy components who could be refurbished by anyone who need them. They accept experiments over embryos, so they are likely considering that dead matter as owned or not owned. Maybe it is easy to prove it is not owned, or on the contrary owned and that one who owns it can do whatever it suits him... So now there is some new law needed.

About anal sex, I am not going to explain whatever is so disgusting about it, but it seems that the person who gets something into the anus is not pleased with it, the pleasure is for the other, so this is much to do with rape. So if some legal problem occurs and the victim proves she got some unwilling sex that way, she may be able to prove the rape. People trusting each other and doing willingly whatever they want are safe.
