I mean "blowing up jews or americans.." or whatever is not a religion. People who think it is are retards. Islam on the other hand is, I said they THINK they are true Muslims. They are not. What they think doesn't count, cuz they blow themselves up pointlessly.

Lol. Good point. But it's the same religion, the "Muslim extremists" in the end are somewhat Muslims, they just took it to the extreme. LoL.

It is promised for martyrs.
Many people classify as martyrs.
A martyr, is one who dies protecting his country or religion. Or even his family or in self defense. Many things make you a martyr.
Even people who go in search of knowledge and die in that search are considered martyrs. They must be Muslims of course.
And I'm not sure of the number, they are not ordinary "virgins". They have many qualities. But that's another story...

All religions have them...
There are extremists in all religions, from Kach and Kahane Chai for Judaism, IRA, neo-nazi, KKK, other hate groups (whether they be right or left) American militant groups are Christian groups and then we have the some Islamic groups like Islamic Jihad, al-Qaeda and other various splinter groups. Shiv Sena for Hindus... I could go on and on.
The point is that these groups are, extreme, and there for by definition cannot speak for their supposed respective religions or cultures. To claim one religion is more violent over the other is ethnocentric.

Punkus, I'll be honest....I don't fully understand your view on life but I will respect it regardless. I just can't see going through life without some form of religion in your life but everyone has their reasons. I just hope that one day you can see the world in a different perspective.
