I am just fighting fire with fire. He is to stupid to put a decent arguement together because he only believes what he does because of having it beat into his brain since childhood, so naturally he calls it pointless and says everyone is an idiot who differs from his oppinion.

Say, maybe it lacks the pictures. This is annoying, but I'll show you what I mean.
When I say they think everyone sucks or are idiots, I mean they try to impose their opinions instead of simply stating them in a polite manner.
Not as Shane said, that I think people who don't believe are idiots, everyone has an opinion, there's just a way of saying it without being offensive. Something some people here have a hard time doing.

Also, I agree this is somehwhat an intelligent discussion, but a "real" discussion in my opinion is where people are equals. For example, you don't bring a five year old to argue with an adult, just like you don't bring thedevilf to argue about Islam with you guys. Since his knowledge is full of holes and mistakes.

Also, to tell you the truth. My father is Muslim, my mother is Christian, so as a result I wasn't steered by my parents in one direction. They're not the most religious bunch i ever met. Yes, they believe in God. But nothing was beat into my brain, we rarely, and I don't recall us ever having a religious discussion what-so-ever. So, who's fault is it then?
You could say school. But alot of people see Religion as just another subject that you need to pass. That's how I saw it. I didn't "believe" in God on my own until a few years ago. When I disovered for myself, that there is a God. And there is what I consider proof. And that Islam's teachings are something I can accept as a human, because they sound right to me, as a human.

You're saying that, if proof were to be found that "God" existed. A "divine entity", that not only created you, but made you the best creature on the planet. Gave you everything from sight to, your most prestigious claim, your mind. Not to mention everything else. Are you saying you would not thank "God" for all of that?

Now that, both Punkus's comment and Shane's. Is what I call stupid. But Punkus, you would be not only stupid, but lightyears beyond ungrateful.
Such opinions, I just can't get.
If there 100% proof that a God exists, and he gave me all this. I would thank him thru actions and words, you people just don't realize what you have. And in response, you might boil everything down to materialism.
