They are different areas, but they both share the same problem: statutes of limitation that expired a LONG time ago. And, when we analyzed the case files, we did take note of claimants who claimed to have performed forced slave labor. I am sure that the German firms, et al., who used slave labor will be on the wrong end of a future lawsuit.

startup, ed fagan was one of the major lawyers in the holocaust affair who sued the
swiss banks. he tried the same trick in many other cases, latest people he defends are
apartheid victims:

given the way he works and the nature of the cases, that sums up to a whole lot more
than the individual "victim" he fought for.
