Default The Covenant of the Hamas

In an effort to understand what the causes of terrorism are, I did a little research. I found this to be a fairly interesting read and thought you might like it. Also, I might be on my way out (unless I can count on your vote? ) so I thought I'd better post this now. You might not get to see the rest of my research.

Excerpts of the Covenant are here --> http://www.fas.org/irp/world/para/docs/880818a.htm

Just a couple choice parts:

"Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it."

Article 7: "The Day of Judgment will not come about until Moslems fight Jews and kill them. Then, the Jews will hide behind rocks and trees, and the rocks and trees will cry out: 'O Moslem, there is a Jew hiding behind me, come and kill him."

Can we do anything to meet these demands?

Won't matter, because peace just isn't in the offering:

Article 13: "So-called peaceful solutions and international conferences are in contradiction to the principles of the Islamic Resistance Movement ... There is no solution for the Palestinian problem except by Jihad."

I think what I said in another post... "neither side wants peace". Both claim the devine right to kill another ....

BTW: I do enjoy your comments although I don't have neccessarily the same opinion...Soooo I vote for you to stay.

Do you think it's the stated goal of Israel to kill all the Palestinians? Do you think that that's their intention? That they won't stop until all Palestinians are dead? That they will reject any efforts at peace?

Thanks for your vote, Grisu!

Why would you give up, then? Sure, I hate your guts as well, but I value your opinions. ;)

As in the always appropriate sayings of the prophet: "And because of their breaking their covenant, We have cursed them and made hard their hearts. They change words from their context and forget a part of that whereof they were admonished. Thou wilt not cease to discover treachery from all save a few of them. But bear with them and pardon them. Lo! Allah loveth the kindly. "

I vote that you both have to stay. It is just two entertaining watching you both smash your heads against your respective walls.

Yea, professional wrestling is fun for the crowd, but I'm sure the contestants pray for retirement.

Besides, that was the deal. If I'm not good enough to debate with the SwamP-ThinGs of the world, then I should shut my mouth.

Perhaps you are right, but I don't hear you talking, you are writing.

That sounded a lot more clever before I saw it written....

Childish is an understatement!!
I wrote a post specificly to throw some water on the fire and attempt to bring it down a notch, and you know what Fatboy replied?
He told me to go f**k myself, in so many words.
It was so big of him...
There was another way to blow this over. And donīt think i havenīt tried! If i could place him in the "ignore" list, i wouldnīt have to deal with his crap, but mods canīt be placed on ignore, so i guess iīll have to endure some more punishment...
Oh well.
But iīm training my eyes to look away at the very mention of the name, so itīs not so bad. I wonīt be missing much anyway.
:indeed:

Ok, now that that is out of the way, back to the topic:
The US has vetoed (again) the UNīs security counsil resolution to condemn Yassinīs murder.
I donīt know why they bother. The US will vetoe anything with Israelīs name on it, so why do they keep proposing resolutions??
Read all about it here
