I still haven´t managed to watch the blasted video! Although the stills Aether posted are quite enlightning, there´s nothing like watching the real thing with sound to boot. Oh well...
However, it is really bizarre that every site hosting that footage has taken it down. I would expect the BushCo to have some influence casted over US based sits, but not over sites abroad. Maybe they payed them to get them down...
I heard the kid has become quite a celebrity over this! Maybe John Kerry will use him as the Anti-Bush poster child, as a reminder of Bush´s speaker abilities. Infact, it´s a wonder how the kid managed to stay awake all that time! I mean, Bush´s speeches never vary more than a few silables. It´s always about "We will never surrender to terrorists" and "America will crush the evildoers"...
It seems the kid is also the son of some republican figure, isn´t he? Some mayor or something? Thanks to this, that poor old guy will see his political career in the republican party sink down the toillete over this, for not keeping his son awake. If i got it correctly, the father must be the guy standing next to the kid, is he not? If it is, it suits him right for keeping the child awake at such a late hour.

Although funny, the video with the kid doesn't bother me much (I didn't post his to simply bash Bush). What bothers me is how CNN tried numerous times to say the kid was edited in and didn't actually happen. Certain people always tend to say CNN is biased (FOX NEWS is, obviously) but I always try to watch it objectively and see if I can catch anything. They always seemed to give the administration a hard time about anything that happens so I figured that notion was BS coming from hopeful conspiracy theorists. This time though, I wonder if they were pressured by the House (in terms of future White House access perhaps) to say what they did. If it was just once, I'd understand it as a mistake of some kind, but twice?

Hypedave, how can I get you the second file (with CNN) so you can host it?

Hadn't seen that before, pretty funny. It would be great to see the other clip also.
