Well, you probably will never see licensed cars in a GTA game. It's a legal thing. As for downtown, just go to the very first pictures. Simply click on the screenshots on the right instead of in the article, should put you at the beginning. Have you seen the trailer yet ?

What I hate about the new GTA series are that they dont have any immunity. In GTA 2 (Which i have), In GTA 2 I would pickpocket...and the police would be right there, and chase after me, but even after a lvl 6 (6 stars ) the tanks would come out and stuff and they wont even hurt you.

But the bad thing about GTA2 .... 2D from eagle eye-view.

It isnt GTA 5, It is GTA: San Andreas. It is still using practically the same game engine as GTA 3. There won't be any multiplayer at all.

It is rumored that GTA 4 will have multiplayer modes however but it is sheduled for the Next Gen consoles.
